Bucharest Sector 6 is located in the west side of the capital city of Romania, and enters the KINETIC project on the background of its ambitions to increase energy efficiency and create positive energy areas in terms of energy, first in the neighbourhood selected in the project, and then in other areas of the sector. Drumul Taberei is a large neighbourhood in Sector 6 of Bucharest, serving as a demo site in the KINETIC project, being the place for experimentation of WP4 project results. Bucharest Sector 6 Municipality has important duties in work packages 3,4 and 5. Bucharest Sector 6 Demo will be subject of main project results elaboration, co-creation, decision making, and deployment of Local Energy Climate Pacts.
